The 5-step block is used for thickness and linearity calibration. The steps are 0.500″, 0.400″, 0.300″, 0.200″ and 0.100″ thick, and each step face measures 0.750″ x 0.750″. The block is manufactured in accordance with ASTM E797. If needed, we offer customization for additional and larger steps.
