A bright LCD touchscreen with wider viewing angles helps detect even the smallest indications.

TrueSight image processing software:

TrueSight™ provides a blend of high-resolution image capture and processing functions, precision optics and a powerful set of proprietary image transforms that are used to enable better visual inspection decisions.

The image transform set is included in the Analyze model and is available on the Touch and Inspect models when ordering our Probability of Detection SW package.

This POD SW includes the following (click for videos): Adaptive Noise Reduction (ANR), Dark Boost, Distortion Correction, Inverse+, Variable High Dynamic Range (VHDR) and Color Saturation.

Real3D™ measurement: advanced 3D inspection software:

Real3D™ measurement combines full surface point cloud visualization, advanced measurement algorithms and an insightful 3D surface mask and dynamic alert system to enable more accurate and repeatable measurement decisions. Choose from three measurement technologies (3D Phase, 3D Stereo and traditional stereo). 3D Phase measurement enables on-demand measurements without changing tips.

Each of these technologies is compatible with some or all of our 9 measurement types to help you get the measurement you need in multiple applications. These include the basics such as length, point-to-line depth and area, but also special types such as depth profile, area depth profile, automatic cutter tip separation and radius gauge.

In addition to the measurement types, Real3D provides advanced tools such as depth aid and projected measurement plane to further increase measurement accuracy.

Leverage computer vision and machine learning to help improve the consistency and reliability of inspection tasks and increase the overall quality of an inspection result. Mentor Visual iQ enables users to leverage analytical models from multiple sources.

Waygate Technologies Analytics. Developed by InspectionsWorks Analyze, Gas Power assist and Blade Counter are analytics developed to improve reliability and data integrity.

Third-party partner analytics. Available directly from Mentor Visual iQ, users can leverage Aiir Innovations’ commercial aircraft engine models for defect detection.

Private third-party analysis. For customers developing their own analysis, Mentor Visual iQ enables deployment to a global team.

The Public store contains manuals, analytical data sheets, MDI templates and other reference materials.
